USING COACH BOLTS TO HOLD TIMBERS TOGETHER DRILL PILOT HOLES 3 MM THROUGH BOTH TIMBERS SPLIT THE TIMBERS AND FACE TO CORRECT DEPTH WITH 20 MM FACING DRILL.
REASSEMBLE AND PUT COACH BOLTS BACK THROUGH BOTH COACH BOLT HOLES AND THEN DRILL OUT ONE ONLY OF THE PILOT HOLES TO 11 MM DIA NOW FIT DOWEL USING G CLAMP TO PUSH IN THE FIRST PAIR.
NOW USING THE FIRST PAIR AS DATUM AND COACH BOLT AT THE OPPOSITE END DRILL OUT THE REMAINING PILOT HOLE TO 11 MM AND FIT SECOND PAIR OF DOWELS
COACH BOLTS HOLES CAN NOW OPENED UP TO EASE ASSEMBLY

Orders for collection at shows need to be place online by the Tuesday prior to the show this includes volume of a product line which could exceed the normal stock that I would take to a show. Once you have placed order please confirm collection arrangements by phone, there is a good reason for doing this.

Goods are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week by the Royal mail and larger items via Parcelforce. At busy times due to the attendance at shows orders will be dispatch as soon as it is possible to do so.
